Floral Gratitude Journaling Worksheet
Gratitude is kind of like exercising. It's in those moments that we feel like we don't have time for it that we probably need it most!
Lately, whenever I'm feeling especially stressed, upset, or overwhelmed, I force myself to stop what I'm doing and write down at least 10 things I'm thankful for.
After a couple minutes of focusing on all the things I'm thankful for, I'm able to calm down and feel much better than before.
